Chef Chris 'Flamebaster' Roberts enjoys a culinary journey around Wales, starting in his home town of Caernarfon, which is famous for its oyster cultivation. Bizarelly, it's hard to find a single restaurant in Caernarfon itself selling them, so Chris tries to get the locals to sample them, rustling up a stunning beef and oyster pie before tempting one of his best friends in a blind tasting. At Ty'n yr Onen farm, Chris meets producer Gareth who cultivates magnificent and unusual mushrooms that are sold all over the world, including to high-end shops such as Selfridges in London
