It's the second quarter-final of the series, which will see the best competitors don their chef whites to compete for a place in knockout week. They face an invention test with a difference, having to create a dish that includes tonight's mystery ingredient - garlic. Formidable critics Grace Dent, Jimi Famurewa and William Sitwell are on hand to give their view on the chefs' creations
