Dwarf Story: Life Without Little People?

In 2017, a drug called vosoritide came on the market a nd provided hope for an end to a medical condition called achondroplasia, the most common cause of dwarfism. This documentary joins three young people from America, Britain and Australia and the clinical geneticist who has led the development and application of the drug. As they reveal how their lives have been affected by the treatment, their experiences give voice to the vital and urgent question of whether dwarfism is a problem to be cured or an important part of a person's identity
