Phil Spencer catches up with two sets of serial renters who had very particular tastes, beginning with serial renters Mike and Poppy. Mike has lived in 18 homes, but Poppy wants to put down roots and they've chosen Cheshire as the right spot for their family. However, living in a high spec rental has given them great expectations for the home they'd love to own. Meanwhile, James and Hayley are looking for a rural retreat for themselves and their two dogs in Swindon and Newbury. But they are the first ones to admit that their wish list is extravagant, making Phil Spencer's job a tough one
