Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer take two couples house-hunting in south Wales. Chris and Laura want a slice of the countryside with dreams of a vegetable patch in a huge garden for their one-year-old son Jack to play in but when the perfect place arises reality brings them down from cloud nine. Bob and Lara want a three-to-four bed family home in the city and parking is a must but Phil struggles to tick all the boxes in the competitive Cardiff housing market where they've already been outbid 10 times
