Recruitment company owner Ian from Manchester is looking for a holiday home on Ibiza for himself, his wife Karen and their two sons Jack and Max. With Karen unable to come out to Ibiza, Ian asks his old friend Angus to advise him on how best to spend his budget of £400,000. Property expert Ben Hillman also gets involved, showing Ian five impressive properties within his price limit
