Guy Martin attempts to break the motorcycle land speed record, which currently stands at 376mph. He travels to Bonneville Salt Flats in Nevada, where he must learn to ride a unique jet-propelled bike which has two engines and requires a completely different driving technique to any vehicle he has previously encountered
