With Biff and Chip being such close twins, Kipper starts to feel left out. After he confides in Anneena, she lets him into a secret about an imaginary friend she created to play with when she was little. Inspired by the idea, Kipper decides to make up his own imaginary twin sister and names her after Anneena, who came up with the idea. But when the imaginary Anneena starts having messy accidents, like breaking Mum's garden gnome and accidentally squirting Mr Page with water, it looks like the real Anneena may end up getting the blame.
