Ainsley is joined by chefs Briony May Williams and Gaz Oakley at Tyntesfield in Somerset to see who can create and cook the Dish of the Day this time. Ainsley collects fresh chives from the estate's kitchen garden to make potato and chive scones with eggs, bacon and blistered tomatoes, Briony uses wood-fired ovens to knock up a crispy kale and lemon verbena pesto filo tart, and Gaz creates loaded courgettes, shiitake and walnut mince with a garlic tahini and nasturtiums
