The final visit is to Derby Manor Hotel and Restaurant, where mother-and-son team Fiona and James Milligan opened their doors eight months earlier after a £1million refurbishment. With a red carpet and over 6,000 hand-glued diamante studs on the walls, some of the guests compare the decor to Dubai. They get a taste of life in the fast lane when James lets them take the hotel's fleet of premium hire cars out for a spin. And later, during a remote control car race, there's some unexpected behaviour from one guest. Fiona and James are expecting good feedback, but have to confront the fact that their guests wouldn't all be keen to return
