Phil Spencer catches up with two sets of discerning house-hunters, each with very strong ideas on what they wanted. The searches may have been tough - in some instances they didn't even make it inside some of the properties - but both have faced even more challenging times since. In 2012, couple Robin and Colin wanted to move outside of London, but only an architectural gem was going to do. In 2014, Lia and Andrew said they were done renting in London's popular Isle of Dogs, and wanted to buy their own home now they were starting a family
