Pontypandy is holding a Charity Concert and Elvis is to be the star act. / Mandy wants to be a round-the-world yachtswoman but when her mast breaks she finds herself stranded at sea. / Sarah and James have got a pet guinea pig and name him Norris Station Officer Steele's real name but then the guinea pig's taste for cables soon leads to a fire. / Huge footprints in the snow convince Sarah that there's a polar bear in the area. She tries to photograph it for a local newspaper competition.
