Church minister John Humberstone has been welcoming guests to the Grade-II listed Alexandra Hotel in Llandudno for the past couple of years, but the business is in deep trouble. Alex Polizzi heads to north Wales to try to revive the establishment's fortunes, but has her work cut out to transform its failing restaurant, bad reputation and negative reviews
