Chef Bryn Williams ends his French journey in Nice, with Edward Jenkins who is originally from Ferryside. They visit Liberation market - which is full of fish and Mediterranean vegetables - and sample the best of Nice's street food, such as crêpes and fried courgette flowers. Bryn also cooks red mullet and fennel on the barbecue and prepares a classic tuna Niçoise salad and a Bouillabaisse fish soup
