The first heat of the week sees three chefs challenged to prepare a croque monsieur in 15 minutes for Marcus Wareing, while Monica Galetti sets three more the task of making pea risotto. The six contestants move on to the Signature Dish stage, where they must inspire both judges with their own unique creation before three are chosen to go through to the quarter final and three leave the contest
