Paramedics treat a man who has taken an overdose of tablets and is refusing to go to hospital. His speech is slurred and he's getting more and more drowsy. A tube that a patient has permanently in his chest becomes blocked. It drains fluid from the lungs, but now there's a three-day build-up of liquid which needs to be removed urgently. Plus, a six-year-old girl has had a seizure at school and a confused 94-year-old woman falls over, sustaining a black eye
