Lisbon reopens the case of billionaire philanthropist Tommy Volker, a man she believes orchestrated the deaths of two people who were attempting to expose his shady dealings. However, her persistence doesn't sit well with Volker, who informs her that he knows more about her than she thinks. Meanwhile, Jane begins to investigate the murder of up-and-coming model Charlotte Coates, whose body was found outside the rehab centre she was attending.
