Gráinne McElwain heads to Limerick. Her first visit is to the county's home ground, where she finds out about an Irish patriot, John Daly, whose name adorns the Limerick Senior Hurling cup. She travels onwards to Mary Immaculate College to hear of the Ladies' Football cup, named after a much-loved former lecturer Noreen Lynch. Gráinne cannot leave the county without visiting the homeplace of the renowned hurler Mick Mackey, where she hears about the Munster Senior Hurling cup that is named after this legend of the game
