As the couple excitedly prepare for their wedding, Molly plans a special surprise by having Mary's estranged father attend the ceremony - but soon regrets her actions when the alcoholic sea-dog turns up in a drunken stupor. But that's just the first in a series of hiccups, as Reuben bursts into the church claiming Mary had already married him in Las Vegas.
