For Peat's Sake

Documentary following peat-cutting season on the Isle of Lewis, which continues to have historical and cultural importance to the Scottish way of life. Peats have provided the people on Lewis with their annual supply of fuel for thousands of years, and each spring many of them still cut peats to help them through the long winters. One of them, 81-year-old Domhnull Iain, is facing the prospect of this being his final year out on the peats, as the strains of the physical task take their toll
