Rick visits Tintagel, Cornwall's most mythical place, which was an important trading port with Europe and the birthplace of perhaps Britain's greatest legend - the tale of King Arthur. He also learns how the Methodists were important to Cornwall, and how they would cook a rather unusual bun during feast days, and meets a family on the Roseland Peninsula who are continuing the surprisingly ancient tradition of growing an exotic spice - saffron
