Documentary providing an insight into the daily operations of staff at KFC, from those making the decisions in the boardroom to those in the kitchens of some of the 850 restaurants around the country. They include 17-year-old Beth, who has just started work in Manchester but is struggling to find her way, and company 'policeman' Brian, who carries out spot-checks to scrutinise cleanliness and food standards. Cameras also visit one of the farms that supplies the company with the 23 million chickens it serves each year, and in Middleton, near Manchester, angry residents try to prevent a new KFC opening on their doorstep
