She meets billionaire John Caudwell, one of the UK's richest men with a home worth £90million, who explains why his extraordinary personal wealth has not been able to negate the sadness in his life. Anne discovers how an inability to spend can also cause intense distress when she encounters Brian, who has fallen on hard times, and depends on a local food bank to survive.
