Derek Brockway is on Gower, but instead of taking the route along Worms Head sets off along a less well-known stretch of coast from Fall Bay to Oxwich. The first half of the walk is along the headland so, to get a closer look at the cliffs, Derek joins a group abseiling into a blow hole and squeezing through a tunnel. Re-joining the pathway, Derek then learns about the area's history of smuggling and deliberate shipwrecking. After walking round the Oxwich headland, he arrives at pretty St Illytd's church. His walk ends on Oxwich beach, where he forages for seaweed with top chef Hywel Griffith
