The final visit of the week is to the Lovat Hotel in Perth. Sharmin and Sarah are used to tackling big jobs at their expansive 35-room hostelry, but one of their guests finds fault with the facilities. Tension between the B&Bers mounts during a visit to a museum, and the breakfast set-up confuses everyone and leaves Sharmin and Sarah with some difficult-to-swallow scores in their feedback
