Special Agent Ned Dorneget of the NCIS cyber division joins the team to further their investigation into The Calling, the insidious terror network radicalising youngsters via the internet. When it emerges young suicide bomber Bradley was not, in fact, affiliated with The Calling, Gibbs and his colleagues realise they might be back to square-one. Determined to bring the organisation down, the agents pursue two new leads, an arms dealer who may be supplying The Calling with their signature German S-mines, and another boy given a deadly mission by the terrorists.
