Finals Week continues, and judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace's first brief is to deliver a dish inspired by someone special - a dish full of emotion that sets the taste buds alight. Those successful in the task head to the five-star Cowarth Park Hotel in Berkshire, home to the Michelin-starred restaurant Woven, where they work under the guidance of its innovative chef Adam Smith.
