John Pierce Jones and Dilwyn Morgan head to Utica, New York, once the centre of Welsh life in the United States where they leading the town's Fourth of July parade. Dilwyn has the honour of throwing out the first pitch at a minor league baseball game much to John's amusement. At the end of their visit, they attend a Gymanfa Ganu at Capel Enlli, on the outskirts of Utica with Welsh descendants who are proudly keeping alive the traditions their ancestors brought from Wales
