Mezzo Katherine Jenkins returns home to Wales to celebrate Christmas in a special one-off concert recorded at the Swansea Arena. She is joined on stage by singer-songwriter Jack Savoretti, pianist Chloe Flower, who combines classical music with hip-hop and pop styles, and tenor Wynne Evans. Special films will feature during the concert, including Katherine visiting the Ty Olwen hospice near Swansea for the first time since 1995. It was here, at the age of 15, that Katherine lost her father to cancer and she returns to pay homage to the care and health workers who spend their Christmas caring for others
