Des is championing Alton in Hampshire, near friends and family, but Caline believes their future lies in the Valencia region of Spain. Jonnie has a budget of £500,000 to convince Caline to stay in the UK, but it's going to be close as Laura tries to entice Des to Spain with three amazing properties costing up to £350,000
