It’s time for the annual Fireworks Night in Pontypandy. The Sparkes learn that the safest way to enjoy fireworks is at the official public display! / While playing hide-and-seek in the mountains with Norman Mandy finds a distress flare. Norman wants to let it off but Mandy resists fearing that it could be dangerous. / When Trevor is injured during first aid training with the Pioneers, know-it-all James panics, runs off and before long, needs rescuing himself! / Charlie is having a day at the beach with James and Sarah. But today is not Charlie’s day. It seems that everything he does turns in to a disaster and makes him look uncool. / When the banks of the Pontypandy River burst, Mandy and Norman go on an adventure to rescue their wildlife journal and… sandwiches?
