Andrew Flintoff and Rob Penn head to the south coast of England, where they discover their first night's lodgings will be hammocks 50ft up in the treetops. They then kayak through the Needles rocks off the Isle of Wight and visit Spitbank Fort in the Solent - once part of Britain's Napoleonic war defence and now a famous spa hotel. Later, a search for dinosaur fossils takes an unexpected turn, a snake hunt goes awry and something terrible happens to the van
