Owner Sandy MacDougall runs the Four Seasons Inn like a hostel, with unpaid staff staying in the rooms instead of paying guests. The acerbic chef aims to get the business back on track before Sandy loses everything, but wonders whether it would be kinder to simply put this dog-friendly hotel to sleep
