Jules Wilson Nimmo and Greg Hemphill head to the Fife coast, visiting a tidal pool near Pittenweem and taking the plunge at Elie. They then head to another restored tidal pool at St Monan's where regular swimmer Lara discusses how the activity has brought her mental health benefits and why it is so popular along the East Neuk. Jules and Greg then travel north to Nairn on the Moray Firth coast to join the Nairn Selkies, a group that first took to the sea when the local pool was closed during the pandemic.
