Former Britain's Got Talent winner Lee Ridley, aka Lost Voice Guy, is Robson's guest on a trip to Weardale and Co Durham to explore ways of spending time in the outdoors. Lee takes Robson to a favourite spot he used to walk as a child near his Consett home, before the pair take to the water at Derwent Reservoir as they investigate the stress-relieving benefits of sailing
