In Vietnam, Jane explores the endless markets of Ho Chi Minh City, negotiating the numerous mopeds that make crossing the road a nerve-jangling experience. At Tan Chau, the Mekong crosses into Cambodia, for years off limits to all but the most adventurous explorers. However, the country is now embracing its potential as a tourist spot, revealing a land of historic temples, stunning vistas and gorgeous food. Jane takes an excursion to the temple of Angkor Wat, one of the oldest religious monuments on Earth
