Part one of two. Gordon Ramsay heads to Harpers Ferry in West Virginia, where he tries to save the Town's Inn, a historic hotel run by retired teacher and junk hoarder Karan Townsend. She has accumulated so many useless belongings that there is hardly any room to accommodate guests. Can Gordon convince her to get rid of her clutter or will the hotel continue to go down the pan?
