Millionaire Mike and his son Sam run a flight school with 16 planes and they swap lives with single mum Claire, who has PTSD, and her trainee accountant daughter Missy. During the week Claire and Missy find out about the difficulties of running a family business and start to question their own dream of a fashion store, while Mike and Sam discover that a week buying budget food and clothes brings them closer together and makes them look again at their relationship
