A fell runner breaks her leg in the Ochil Hills, while Portscatho Coastguard Rescue Team abseil down a cliff to save Remi the dog, after her overenthusiastic chase for rabbits. It's a busy day in the Lakes for the Keswick Mountain Rescue team, as they are called to the same location twice to help injured walkers
