The fourth visit is to Geoff Jones and Joan McGowan's Compton Swan in Newbury, Berkshire. Expectations are high after Joan revealed she was named Ireland's Businesswoman of the Year on the last visit, but Tim, who's still smarting from his feedback, goes to town on his room. Tensions mount during an afternoon on an inflatable racecourse, where Chris and Sue try to sabotage the race. Geoff and Joan impress with a harpist at dinner and hearts are softened when they reveal the personal sacrifices they make for their business. At breakfast, Geoff the chef impresses, but egg-man Chris takes issues with his food
