Simon begins in Malta, uncovering the country's reputation for organised crime, before moving on to the southern coast of Italy, where he joins police officers exploring underground tunnels used by crime bosses on the run. Finally, he arrives in Albania and discovers an ancient tradition of revenge where children can pay the price for their parents' actions
