New series. Kay Mellor's bittersweet drama returns, catching up with the dieters as they struggle to maintain an active lifestyle in a bid to attain the elusive ideal weight. Salsa isn't everyone's cup of tea however, and it's not long before slimming consultant Carol turns up, armed with a batch of freshly printed diet sheets and ready to recruit the gang into her calorie-counting programme. Meanwhile, Betty struggles to come to terms with motherhood again, and Kevin finds it tough dealing with new wife Kelly's demands.
