Buff tries to show Batwing how great it is to volunteer to help Gotham's needy, but the Legion of Zoom get in the way. / Feeling insecure about his size after a game of Hide-And-Seek, Buff uses the shrink belt belonging to The Atom and accidentally shrinks himself down to the size of a mouse!
