The Gladiators have fun behind the scenes at Sheffield Arena. Nitro and Apollo join forces to play a trick on Dynamite, who thinks she's filming a video to encourage healthy eating - unaware she is in the middle of a fruity prank. There's also a Rock, Paper, Scissors relay and the studio audience find themselves performing a few silly moves
