The Sean Phobal hurlers are preparing for a big game in their first year back on the field and the day for the big RNLI sponsored swim in Heilbhic arrives. In Barr na Stuac, a young musical household is very busy, a local archaeologist visits the ringforts of the Gaeltacht, and children are suitably dressed for Halloween with their own special local poem to attract the treats
