Film-maker Rowan Deacon documents the story of successful businessman Simon as he faces the diagnosis of an aggressive form of motor neurone disease. Confronted with the prospect of rapid physical decline, he considers ending his life at a Swiss suicide clinic. The film follows Simon and his family as they grapple with the moral, emotional and legal dilemmas surrounding his choice, and the difficult questions unearthed by their conflicting perspectives
