Forest are looking to lift the trophy for the first time since 1959 and they have got this far the hard way, winning on penalties in each of the last three rounds against Exeter City, Ipswich Town and Brighton & Hove Albion. City last won the cup as recently as two seasons ago and were runners-up to Manchester United last term. This time around the competition represents their last chance to win silverware this season and they came back from behind to beat Bournemouth 2-1 away in the quarter-finals.
