Dermot Bannon helps Cal Moran and Sean Hegarty renovate their house in the North Strand, but there are uncontrollable and unforeseen problems along the way. He suggests that they demolish the back of the property and introduce a double height extension. Dermot plans on turning the building into a two bedroom home, instead of their already three bedroom house
