Dr Ferdinand has a difficult task when he has to break the news of a woman's dementia to her children, while Dr Parker realises that an elderly patient who has recently lost her sister and husband is acutely lonely. Dr Trinh fears that an overweight woman who is failing to take her blood pressure tablets may be putting herself at risk of a stroke. Elsewhere in the practice, a baby is brought in with conjunctivitis, there is a case of deep vein thrombosis and a patient who has eaten nothing but crocodile meat has severe constipation
