Chef Chris 'Flamebaster' Roberts visits Rhyl, a former childhood haunt. On the seafront he makes some hot doughnuts, served with fresh crab - a winning and delicious combination. Next it's a visit to a local goat farm run by Sam Kenyon, who inspires Chris to try to convince even more locals to sample goat's rich gamey taste. Using the dough of a bakery run by Steve Baxendell, Chris makes Turkish-style flatbread and a dish called goat lahmacun. His final dish is a Jamaican-style Rhyl-sourced jerk sea bass, with local chef Charlotte Stanley on hand to give her seal of approval
